Welcome to JQKClub ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). JQKClub operates an online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jqkclub.cam, offering a range of gaming and wagering services to eligible players. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and JQKClub with respect to your access to and use of our platform, website, applications, and all associated services.

JQKClub is operated by a company duly incorporated under applicable law and is committed to providing a secure, fair, and transparent gaming environment to players across Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other regions within the country.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall terms governing your relationship with jqkclub. If any conflict arises between this document and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the JQKClub platform, creating an Account, or using any of our Services, you conclusively represent and warrant that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction in which you reside;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information you provide during registration and at any other time is accurate, complete, and current.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with JQKClub, you must satisfy all of the following conditions on a continuous basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. JQKClub strictly enforces a21+ policy and will require proof of age as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jqkclub complies with the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: Each individual person is permitted to hold only one Account. Registering multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
• Personal Use Only: You may only register an Account for your own personal use. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow any third party to use your Account.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or family member of an employee of JQKClub or any of its affiliated companies, partners, or technology providers.

Registration for a JQKClub Account requires you to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. JQKClub will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

JQKClub reserves the right to refuse any registration application or close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so, subject always to the obligation to return any unconditional Real Money Balance to the Account holder.

JQKClub is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform and complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. As part of this commitment, all Users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

The following documents may be required during the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad, International Passport, or Driver's License;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding 3 months showing your name and residential address;
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face;
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, a screenshot or photo of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank account statement showing last 4 digits).

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in full colour. JQKClub reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission of complete documentation. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests will be placed in a pending state.

JQKClub supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for depositing funds into your Account. Accepted methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary depending on the payment provider selected. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly for e-wallets and DuitNow, and within 5 to 15 minutes for FPX bank transfers.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• JQKClub does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on the jqkclub platform and may not be transferred to other users.
• If a deposit cannot be credited due to a technical error, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number for investigation.
• JQKClub reserves the right to reverse any deposit it reasonably believes to have been made fraudulently or using a payment method that does not belong to the Account holder.

Withdrawals may only be processed once a User has completed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with standard AML procedures.

JQKClub aims to process all withdrawal requests within 60 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times by method are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes;
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically5 to 15 minutes;
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically 15 to 60 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits per day, week, or month may apply and are communicated within the Account dashboard. JQKClub reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

JQKClub offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Each bonus promotion will specify an eligible games list, wagering requirement multiplier, minimum deposit amount, and expiry date. These must be reviewed before claiming any offer.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, payment method, or shared computer environment.
• JQKClub reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the rights of Users who have already claimed the relevant offer.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, the decision of JQKClub's compliance team shall be final and binding.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, the use of low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated in the promotion terms.

All bets placed on the JQKClub platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. General betting rules applicable across all Services include the following:

• A bet is only considered valid and binding once it has been confirmed and bet reference number has been assigned.
• JQKClub reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded at the time of placement, or where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a system error.
• In the event of a match, game, or event being cancelled or abandoned before the conclusion of the relevant market, bets may be settled at the applicable void or partial settlement rules communicated in the game-specific rules.
• Maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface prior to placement.
• For live casino games, the result displayed on screen following the conclusion of the game round is final. No claims of disconnection or technical issues will be accepted as grounds for reversing a settled game outcome.
• Sports betting markets, including those for Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, and all other covered events, are governed by the specific sportsbook rules applicable to each market type.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JQKClub platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any point during registration, verification, or Account use;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering the proceeds of criminal activity in any form;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, sharing hand information, or artificially influencing betting markets;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling, including through the use of computer-assisted strategies;
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your Account;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to deposits made to jqkclub;
• Software Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

JQKClub reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct;
• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• A chargeback or payment dispute is raised against JQKClub by the Account holder's bank or payment provider;
• A self-exclusion request made by the Account holder under our Responsible Gambling policy;
• Receipt of a valid legal order requiring the restriction or closure of an account.

In circumstances where an Account is closed for legitimate regulatory or compliance reasons, any unconditional Real Money Balance (net of bonus funds and any disputed sums) will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method used, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC.

We recommend that all funds are withdrawn prior to making a closure request, as processing the closure of an Account with positive balance may take longer than standard withdrawal timelines.

JQKClub is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its services. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can become problematic for a minority of individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users and can be activated at any time by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Wagering Limits: Cap the total amount you are permitted to wager within a specified period;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum allowable loss threshold for any given time period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders and automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a short period (24 hours to 30 days) while you take a break;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the JQKClub platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of JQKClub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not grant you the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used on the Platform;
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform content;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JQKClub's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any and all claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JQKClub shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

JQKClub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the JQKClub platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JQKClub is incorporated, to the extent consistent with applicable international law.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and JQKClub in relation to your Account or the use of our Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. JQKClub aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve disputes within 14 days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies applicable to JQKClub's operating jurisdiction, as determined in accordance with the applicable governing law.
